I went to Victoria Secret yesterday to purchase the Soft Focus Liquid Foundation just to find out they discontinued it. I was so upset about this. I have tried many foundations over the years, even for aging skin. I found VS foundation to be the best for me. I wish they would bring it back. I will have to try and purchase it somewhere else for now.

I love this foundation. i alternate it with my beloved revlon colorstay. It gives a satin finish and covers pretty well. For any serious blemishes I still need a heavy duty concealer or corrector to hide the redness. The fact that this foundation has a pump is so amazingggg. I love foundations that come with pumps, much less messy than foundations you have to pour out. This is a lot less liquid-y than colorstay, and I find that it doesn't dry/set as quickly which gives me more time to blend blend blend. I would reccomend this to anyone wanting an awesome foundation without having to shell out $40. AND IT HAS A PUMP!! c:

Oh I do love this foundation! Its so creamy and the shade "light 10" is perfect for my extremely pale -but yellow- toned skin! Its not greasy, it sets perfect with a powder and it stays on all day and doesnt clog or sink into my pores.
I went to the victoria's secret store in the local mall last week to buy more but then I find out that ITS DISCONTINUED!!! im SO MAD! This is the only foundation I have liked in YEARS and im so mad that they discontinued this! All they have now is the tinted moisturizer which i do NOT like and the tinted moisturizer is WAY worse than the soft focus foundatoin with spf WHY would they discontinue this?!?!?!?!?!?!
PLEASE VICTORIA'S SECRET BRING THIS FOUNDATION BACK!!! : (((((((

My ideal foundation for the daytime is lightweight, smooth, radiant and dewy. This foundation has ALL of these qualaties.
For the price you pay it is brilllliiiiiant! Its cheap, and great for daytime wear if you're looking for something with medium coverage!
And the skin matching is great :) very satisfied, best cheap foundation ever!
Am thinking of buying a backup lol!

Overall, its a good foundation. The most impressive part, by far, is the EXACT match to my skintone. This matches my skin better than anything else I've ever put on my face. My face is lighter than my neck yet this matches my face perfectly while matching my face to my neck. For reference, I'm NC35 in Mac and wear Medium 2. I apply this with a damp flocked sponge and the finish is flawless, airbrushed. My face look dewy - in a good way and healthy. Its a sheer to medium coverage foundation.
The cons are that the lasting power isn't the best and my face gets really shiny after a while. But, I'll repurchase since I've found anything better as of yet. And at $16 its very affordable.

This is definitely my new HG foundation! I have been using it for about two weeks and have gotten so many compliments on how great my skin looks. It's definitely light to medium coverage but it's buildable. Really nice satin finish on my combo skin, and wears basically all day when i set it. It is the first thing that hasn't broken me out! My skin has gotten so much clearer since I started using this!
Soo impressed and shocked by VS :] really happy I found this foundation :]

Great foundation. No breakouts so far.As good as much more expensive products that I have purchased before.Unfortunately the next shade darker that I purchased for the summer has a weird orange undertone.I'm fine with medium 40 but medium 50 is awful.

I bought this after reading a positive review on Paula Begoun's site. I had purchased the new foundation from Clarins but was worried about the high alcohol content - this foundation is very similar but for much less money, no alcohol, and it contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide as the sunscreen actives. Even though it is not oil free, I have not broken out from this product. Love it!

I just purchased this foundation and I think it looks great. I have tried many different foundations, and this one really works. I hope it never discontinues! It leaves a nice finish without a cakey look. I have dry skin and it feels very nice. The packaging does not really matter to me as long as the foundation looks nice! :) I will buy again when I run out!!

I think this is a nice foundation, just not really for my skin type. I have a bit oilier skin, and found this to be a little greasy for me. You know when you are applying a new foundation, and you can feel that it is feeling really rich and greasy? That's how I feel about this one. It isn't the greasiest I've tried, but is just slightly too much for my skin. I believe that if you have normal to dry skin, you could really enjoy this. The finish is satin, in my opinion - not totally matte, and not dewy. The finish is quite nice. I got this in Light 20, and it is a pretty perfect match for my NC20 skin. The bottle is really nice - has a nice pump, and the meter seems good - two pumps will cover my face (when applied with my hands). I didn't notice any funky scent or anything odd about this in terms of that. I also found that it didn't oxidize. I wish I like this more! At $16, this would otherwise be a great find! It just doesn't agree with my type of skin entirely.

Love the finish of this! It's luminous and beautiful. However, it doesn't always cover what I want. It's light to moderate coverage and sometimes I need full coverage. I remedy this by mixing this foundation half and half with a fuller coverage product. Then it's perfection. This hasn't broken me out and feels nice going on. I got it 75% off so I paid less than I would for a cheap drugstore product.
I also love the packaging. It looks chic and the pump is great.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that loves this stuff. I came here to see what everyone else thought long-term about VS Soft Focus. I switched over to VS after having some trouble and sensitivity with my favorite, MAC after Retin-A treatment. I was a MAC artist for a few years (until I moved to a city that doesn't have one sadly) so their products tend to be my favorite, but this foundation from VS won me over.
The story is here if anyone wants to read it: http://hubpages.com/hub/Victoria-Secret-Cosmetics-Soft-Focus-Liquid-Foundation-SPF20
I really hope the rest of their line is just as good. I can't wait until I run out of something to find out!

I was unsure at first since i'm pretty stuck on my staple foundation and powder combo. But i ran out and didn't want to fork out the money since i'm waiting for the new mary kay foundation, so i picked this up.
    It's great!
Coverage is simple and creates a flawless, matte coverage.
    No smell.
    Works wonderfully with my powder.
Color is usually the trickiest part, but this was easy as can be.
And! it has a pump too!
    Yey VS!

i was able to try this product out of fluke..forgot my foundation during an overnight stay , and grabbed this from VS .
i never expected this to be a staple in my line of makeup. the liquid blends well on my face...my pores are much much less visible and it's not too heavy on the face. it provides the coveraget that i need and the matte finish makes it look more natural on my face.
i will definitely buy the product again, as a matter of fact i just purchased the pressed powder of the same shade.

This product really does give a perfect "soft focus" look! I really liked the consistency and how easily it applies to the face. However, it can look streaky if not blended well because it has a fairly sheer coverage (though buildable for more coverage). The pump is really easy to use, but there isn't much product in the container.
The only thing that i really don't like about this product is how much it dries out. I've used it for everyday use and it looks fantastic when first applied, but throughout the day it oxidizes and dries out your skin a lot!! Still a great buy if you make sure to moisturize!
Note: the colors are a lot darker/orange tinted than they look in the bottle

This product is okay if you want light coverage. It's prettier on your face BEFORE you set it with a powder. It's very sheer and sort of watery. It's ok if you're not gonna be wearing it long. Not long lasting coverage at all.

I really love this foundation and I NEVER wear foundation, usually just powder and some concealer under my eyes. I initially was going to purchase the NARS Sheer Glow but didn't want to spend the money since I wasn't sure if I would really use it. I got on the Victoria's Secret website and found this instead for a much better price. I even had a $10 Angels Reward so it only ended up costing me $6. I feel like the coverage is perfect for just making your skin more even and giving it a gorgeous glow that is not glittery looking. It feels like you have nothing on and has not made my skin break out at all. It certainly is not a full coverage foundation but it's perfect for someone who just needs a little evening out of their skin. I didn't have any issues with it creasing or looking cakey. I will definately purchase again!

Wow this stuff is fabulous. I used to use Make Up For Ever HD foundation and this stuff is better! And the price is super reasonable. The pump itself makes it easy to use every bit of this. The color selection is pretty good and I was able to find my match pretty quickly. This blends in easily to my skin. I never need more then two pumps for my uneven skin tone with big splotches of acne marks. For me it is a great product and I will continue to purchase.

I bought this product and sadly it is going back to the store. I was so impressed with the primer I thought this would be just as good. It's an ok foundation but not for the price. I like the packaging and consistency but it didn't provide the coverage I wanted.
